PHASE 1: Build Your Foundation

Develop strength and endurance with intentional programming that
sets the stage for long-term success. In Week 1, you’ll complete
strength and aerobic tests to establish a baseline, which you’ll
reassess in Week 12 to track your progress.

PHASES 2 & 3: Elevate Your Performance

Advance through targeted strength & conditioning while boosting
aerobic capacity and anaerobic threshold. Each phase is expertly
crafted to enhance athleticism, build resilience, and unlock peak
performance.
