I’m Holden, a highly experienced physiotherapist with a background in private practice, professional sports, and military healthcare. My approach is simple—deliver effective, hands-on treatment and give you the tools to stay pain-free, move better, and perform at your best.

With two first-class degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy, I combine in-depth clinical knowledge with a passion for strength, movement, and rehabilitation. Over the years, I’ve worked with athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday individuals, helping them recover from injuries, prevent setbacks, and achieve their fitness goals.

My experience extends beyond the clinic. I’ve worked pitch-side as a rugby club physiotherapist, supporting players with injury prevention and rehab strategies. I also served as a combat medic in the UK Reserve Armed Forces, training in emergency trauma care and high-stress medical environments—reinforcing my ability to perform under pressure and deliver results-driven care.
